Civil Engineering
We offer a broad range of engineering services focusing on the planning, design and delivery of infrastructure projects.
Our team has a wealth of engineering experience in all facets of infrastructure development with many members of our team holding RPEQ status. We apply best practice engineering principles to achieve engineering solutions that are fit for purpose and cost efficient.

Civil Design
We have a large design team that specialises in the development of designs for a variety of applications in the civil sector under the direct engineering supervision of our RPEQ Engineers. Our team is well versed in all facets of civil design allowing us to prepare designs that are cost efficient and fit for purpose with constructability in mind. Our skillset extends to roads, highways, earthworks, drainage, water, sewer and associated infrastructure.
Our team has access to industry best practice software including 12D Model, Circly7 and AutoCAD to create practical drafting solutions, model complex scenarios and optimise designs. We take pride in tailoring our design outputs to the styles, standards and preferences of the client and understand this attention to detail is part of what sets us apart.
Hydraulic Analysis
Our team is well-versed in applying a range of hydrological methods including the Laurenson, ILSAX and Rational methods to deliver high-quality and technically sound data.
Hydraulic Design
Our team has expertise in all aspects of one-dimensional hydraulic and hydrologic analysis and use the 12d Dynamic Drainage and Autodesk InfoDrainage software tools to perform hydraulic modelling and drainage analysis.
Transport & Infrastructure Planning
Road Safety Audits
We have accredited Road Safety Auditors in house allowing us to prepare Road Safety Audits in accordance with the Austroads Guide to Road Safety – Part 6: Road Safety Audits (AGRS06-22).
Our audits identify safety risks and deficiencies and provide a report that contains practical and actionable recommendations to mitigate potential hazards, enhance user safety and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Project Planning
We provide project planning services to both state and local government in all stages of project development, from initial scope identification and external funding applications to the creation of detailed business cases inclusive of options analyses and risk assessment. Our team has a comprehensive understanding of various state and federal funding mechanisms enabling us to successfully pursue funding with a large degree of confidence.
We work closely with asset owners to understand road link deficiencies and network challenges. We use in depth analysis, stakeholder engagement and work collaboratively with our design team to identify effective treatments that deliver maximum value for money and address critical infrastructure needs for our clients.
Economic Analysis
Cost Estimating
We offer professional Cost Estimating services that utilises an interdisciplinary approach, adhering to the Department of Transport and Main Roads’ (DTMR) Project Cost Estimating Manual or the preferred methodologies specified by our clients.
Our cost estimates are designed to meet project needs and can be developed using a variety of methods including Global Rate, Unit Rate or First Principles approaches.
Project & Contract Management
Project Management
We provide comprehensive client-side project management services to a diverse range of clients including state and local government and private industry.
We have an extensive and proven track record and have been directly involved in the project management of more than $1 billion dollars of infrastructure works. We have the knowledge, experience and capability to manage the development of projects at every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to implementation, completion and final handover. These services include design management, procurement, progress reporting, budget reporting, resource management and stakeholder engagement.
We ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, with all quality objectives being met.
Contract Administration
We provide an extensive range of Contract Administration services to both the public and private sector. Our services include both contract management and site surveillance and we can provide individuals or entire teams, depending on client requirements.
We have an extensive and proven track record and have been directly involved in the contract administration of more than $1 billion dollars of infrastructure works.
