Meet Our Leaders

Robert is a Professional Engineer (RPEQ, CPEng, TMD) with over 12 years’ experience delivering a broad range of publicly funded civil infrastructure projects in a variety of roles for both the Principal and Principal Contractor. As Director of CRC, Robert's responsibilities include overall responsibility for all financial, budgetary & tendering considerations as well as management of day-to-day operations and client management, as well as focusing on developing strong and mutually beneficial relationships with clients including local government authorities and DTMR.

Tim is a Professional Engineer (RPEQ, TMD) with 13 years’ experience as both a member and leader within multidisciplinary teams’ within the civil engineering space for both TMR and local government. Tim has focused his career on planning and delivery of construction and maintenance projects, with a client-based focus on delivering quality and value for money outcomes. This has seen Tim responsible for the delivery of capital and maintenance works programs, RMPC's, RPC's and various contracts under NDRRA and DRFA. Tim is CRC’s service delivery lead for Transport Planning and Cost Estimating services.

General Manager

Glenn is a Professional Engineer (RPEQ) with over 30 years' experience in the development and delivery of publicly funded civil infrastructure projects and has held a variety of planning and design positions within LGA’s. Glenn is one of CRC’s RPEQ certifying engineers, as well as service delivery lead for Disaster Recovery works. In the Disaster Recovery space, Glenn focuses on the technical input involved with the assessment of flood damage works in relation to eligibility under the DFRA, formulation of submissions for funding, liaison with clients, subconsultancies, state agencies, design, preconstruction and close-out activities.

Principal Engineer (Civil)

Kevin is a Principal Engineer (Civil, RPEQ) with over 30 years of extensive experience in the industry. Kevin’s experience spans across civil construction, estimating and tendering, strategic planning, engineering design and project and program management, equipping him to deliver infrastructure programs tailored to specific client and organisational needs. As one of CRC’s three RPEQ certifying engineers, Kevin provides direct supervision and technical support to the design team, leads the resolution of complex or unconventional engineering challenges and ensures all solutions meet professional competency, risk management and regulatory standards.

Principal Engineer (Civil)

Craig is a civil infrastructure professional with over 40 years of experience in project management, civil design and infrastructure planning. Craig’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from early planning to construction delivery. As Principal Project Manager, Craig oversees the performance of the design team and manages client relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across all CRC design projects. His deep understanding of local government processes, regulatory frameworks and stakeholder needs enables him to align CRC’s services with client expectations and legislative requirements.
