CRC was established by Robert McCarthy in 2017 and has grown to become a dynamic team of twenty staff all driven by the same commitment to deliver quality outcomes for our clients. We have an office in Gympie and staff working remotely throughout Southern and Central Queensland, allowing us to maintain a versatile and accessible presence for our regionally based clients.
Our team comprises highly skilled and experienced professionals specialising in all facets of civil infrastructure delivery including preconstruction and construction activities. Our team operates under the direct supervision of our RPEQ Engineers highlighting our commitment to professional standards and engineering excellence.
Our team has a strong background in State and Local Government including significant experience in key leadership roles such as District Director at TMR and Director of Engineering in local government. This diverse expertise enables us to tackle projects of varying scales and complexities with confidence. At CRC, we attribute our success to the strength and dedication of our team.

CRC has an Integrated Management System covering all occupational health and safety, environmental and quality considerations. We are third party certified to ISO standards for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, with certification in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems in progress.
